IBIC Group’s Frozen Peas & Carrot is a two-component IQF frozen vegetable mix combining green garden peas with uniformly diced carrots — one of the most widely used two-vegetable blends in food manufacturing, retail, and foodservice globally. The combination delivers complementary nutritional profiles (peas for plant protein and folate, carrots for beta-carotene Vitamin A), visually appealing colour contrast (vibrant green and bright orange), and versatile application across ready meals, rice dishes, soups, cottage pie filling, and mixed rice products.

Both components are individually IQF processed — peas blanched and frozen at peak sweetness, carrots blanched, diced, and frozen at peak beta-carotene content — before blending in the standard ratio (peas 60% / carrots 40%, adjustable to buyer specification). Available in retail bags and bulk cartons from IBIC’s Kafr El Sheikh, Nile Delta facility.
