IBIC Group supplies 11 juice products for beverage manufacturing: mango juice concentrate (28–30° Brix), guava juice (single strength and concentrate), fruit cocktail juice blend, NFC mango and guava juices, strawberry juice, mango-guava blend, tropical juice blend, citrus juice (lemon and orange), and custom juice blend formulations. All are available in aseptic bulk format (drums, IBC totes, bag-in-box) with HALAL, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000, and FDA certification.
NFC (Not From Concentrate) juice is extracted from fresh fruit, pasteurized, and aseptically packed without the concentration and reconstitution steps used in concentrate production. NFC juice retains a fresher flavor profile and qualifies for “Not From Concentrate” labeling claims, which command premium positioning in retail and foodservice markets. Concentrate juice is more economically shipped (2–3x higher Brix reduces volume and freight cost) but requires reconstitution with water at the point of manufacturing. IBIC supplies both NFC and concentrate formats across its mango and guava juice range.
Yes. IBIC’s juice product division offers custom formulation services for beverage brands. Buyers specify their preferred blend ratios, Brix level, acidity target, and flavor intensity. Common custom blend requests include specific mango-to-guava ratios for signature tropical products, strawberry-mango combinations for smoothie bases, and citrus-tropical blends for flavored water applications. Minimum production volumes and lead times for custom blends are provided upon inquiry.
